Ques.How is the program structured? Is it time bound or at your own pace?

Reply: The program can be taken at your own pace in a time-frame of three months. It can be extended on request for another three months if taken in continuation ad with some additional cost.

Ques: Is the study material only accessible online or can be saved locally for access on the go as well? 

Reply: The videos are accessible online only. It cannot be saved locally for access. There could be some checklist and other reading material depending on the course selected which can be downloaded.

Ques: Is there a certification at the end of the program, and if so, is that based on an online examination?

Reply: There is a completion certificate at the end of the program (applicable only if enrolled for all the three modules), irrespective of the score of the online examination. The online examination is mainly for comprehension of the subject.

Ques: For offshore customers, when will my account be activated after payment?

Reply: As mentioned in the invoice, your account will be activated as soon as the amount reflects in our bank  statement. You will be notified immediately.

Ques: What is the certification process?

Reply: You will be entitled to a certification from Lubrication Institute on completion of these courses.
